1. Who we are

This site, predictivelabs.io, is operated by Predictive Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202604004Z), a company incorporated in Singapore with registered office at 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914. For questions about this policy, write to privacy@predictivelabs.io.

2. Scope

This policy covers personal information processed in connection with our public website. It does not cover any product we may offer under a separate agreement, which will have its own terms and data-protection disclosures.

3. Information we collect

We aim to collect as little personal information as possible on this site. Specifically:

• Contact information you provide. If you email us, message us on Telegram, or reach out via LinkedIn, we receive whatever you choose to send us (name, email address, employer, the content of your message).
• Server and CDN logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) and its edge network receive standard technical information when pages load, including IP address, approximate location, user agent, request path, referrer, and timestamp. These are retained for a short period for operational and security purposes.
• Ticker proxy requests. Our live market ticker fetches data from Polymarket and Kalshi public APIs via a Netlify edge function. Your browser sends standard request information to Netlify edge nodes; the ticker itself does not require or receive identifying information about you.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking, or third-party analytics that build profiles on you. See our cookies notice for details on local browser storage.

4. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries you send us.
• Operate, secure, and maintain the site.
• Improve the site based on aggregated, non-identifying technical patterns.
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Legal bases (for EU / UK readers)

Where GDPR or the UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: (i) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and responding to inquiries; and (ii) your consent, where you choose to send us personal information. You can withdraw consent or object to processing by contacting us.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We rely on a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf, including Netlify (hosting, edge functions, CDN) and our email provider. These providers process data under their own terms and security controls.

We may disclose information where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or where necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Predictive Labs, our users, or the public.

7. International transfers

Predictive Labs is based in Singapore. Our hosting and edge infrastructure is global. Your information may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including the United States, the European Union, and other regions where our providers operate. Where applicable, we rely on standard contractual clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

8. Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to address your inquiry and for a limited period afterward. Server and CDN logs are retained by our providers according to their standard retention windows.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to processing, or to data portability. To exercise any of these, write to privacy@predictivelabs.io. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

If you are in Singapore, you have rights under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). If you are in the EU or UK, you may also lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.

10. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect the limited personal information we hold. No online service can guarantee absolute security; we encourage you to avoid sending sensitive information via unencrypted channels.

11. Children

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy as the site and the company evolve. The 'Last updated' date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
