Terms of use.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using predictivelabs.io (the 'Site'), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. The Site is operated by Predictive Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202604004Z), a Singapore-incorporated company ('Predictive Labs', 'we', 'us', 'our').

2. Informational purpose

The Site is informational. Content on the Site, including the Framework paper, market data snapshots, thesis pages, and any data displayed in the live ticker, is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and nothing on the Site should be construed as a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy, sell, or trade any financial instrument, contract, or prediction market outcome.

3. No offer of services

The Site does not offer a trading venue, brokerage service, regulated financial service, or access to a platform. Where Predictive Labs offers products or services, those will be governed by separate agreements between Predictive Labs and the relevant user.

4. Third-party data

The live ticker on the Site displays data sourced from third-party public APIs including Polymarket and Kalshi. We cache and normalize this data on a best-effort basis. We do not control the accuracy, timeliness, or availability of third-party sources and disclaim any liability arising from reliance on third-party data displayed on the Site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, research, design, code, logos, and visual elements, is owned by Predictive Labs or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view the Site and share links to public pages. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute substantial portions of the Site content without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Third-party logos on the Site, including those of our investors and of the venues whose data we display, remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the Site in any way that violates applicable law; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the security or integrity of the Site; (c) scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site at a rate or volume that could affect availability for other users; (d) circumvent rate limits, access controls, or similar protective measures; (e) use the Site to infringe any intellectual property right or to transmit unlawful or harmful content.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICTIVE LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, including market data displayed in the ticker, is accurate, complete, or current.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICTIVE LABS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE.

In jurisdictions that do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability, the disclaimers and limitations above apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Links to external sites

The Site contains links to third-party websites and platforms. We do not control or endorse those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The 'Last updated' date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where required otherwise by mandatory local law for consumers.
